Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of Klosr (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the services available at klosr.chat. By signing up or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use Klosr.
1. What Klosr does
Klosr is a self-service DM closer. It connects to your Instagram account, responds to prospect messages, qualifies leads, and books calls on your behalf. You provide the playbook. Klosr runs it.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. By using Klosr, you confirm that the Instagram account(s) you connect are owned or authorized by you.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at support@klosr.chat.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Klosr to:
- Send spam or unsolicited messages to people who haven't initiated a conversation with you.
- Impersonate someone else or misrepresent your identity or business.
- Sell or promote illegal products, services, or activities.
- Violate Instagram's Terms of Service or Meta's Platform Policies.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse any person through automated messages.
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to access Klosr's underlying systems.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
5. Instagram and third-party platforms
Klosr connects to Instagram via Meta's official APIs. You are responsible for complying with Meta's Platform Terms and Instagram's Terms of Use. Klosr is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta or Instagram.
If Meta changes its API access, rate limits, or policies in a way that affects Klosr's functionality, we are not liable for any resulting service disruption.
6. Subscription and billing
- Klosr is a paid subscription service billed monthly.
- Your subscription renews automatically each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers keep their current rate until the end of their billing cycle.
- All fees are in US dollars (USD).
7. Cancellation and refunds
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until then.
- We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
- If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@klosr.chat within 7 days of the charge.
8. Your content and playbook
You own the content you provide to Klosr — your playbook instructions, business information, offer details, and any other materials you upload. We do not claim ownership of your content.
By using the service, you grant us a limited license to use your content solely for the purpose of operating Klosr on your behalf (i.e., responding to DMs according to your playbook).
9. Conversation data
- Klosr processes DM conversations between your Instagram account and your prospects.
- Conversation data is used to deliver the service — qualifying leads, handling objections, and booking calls as instructed by your playbook.
- We do not sell conversation data to third parties.

10. Service availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Klosr may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control (including Meta API outages).
We are not liable for lost leads, missed messages, or revenue impact resulting from service downtime.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
Klosr is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties — express or implied — regarding:
- The number of leads you will generate, calls you will book, or revenue you will earn.
- The uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service.
- The suitability of Klosr for your specific business or use case.
Marketing materials, case studies, and demo videos illustrate what Klosr can do. They are not guarantees of specific results.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klosr's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost revenue, lost leads, or business interruption.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Klosr harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:
- Your use of the service.
- Content in your playbook or messages sent on your behalf.
- Your violation of these terms or any applicable law.
- Your violation of Meta's or Instagram's terms.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of Klosr after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these terms. You may close your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting support@klosr.chat.
Upon termination, your access to the service ends immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or as described in our Privacy Policy.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
